What is an EAP, and how is it different from a workshop?
An Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is ongoing, confidential one-to-one support that every employee can use privately, all year. A workshop is a group session on one topic, such as stress or burnout. Many companies combine both: workshops raise awareness, and the EAP gives people somewhere private to go next.
What is Mental Health First Aid training?
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training teaches managers and chosen staff to notice early signs that a colleague is struggling, start a supportive conversation, and guide them to the right help. It is skills training, not therapy, and runs as a half-day or full-day session for small groups.
Will HR or managers see who used it?
No. Individual usage is strictly confidential. Employees book directly and privately, and you receive only anonymised, aggregated data.
What does a corporate wellness programme include?
Typically a confidential counselling allowance (EAP), manager training and awareness workshops, and anonymised wellbeing reporting. We tailor the mix to your headcount and goals.
How is it priced?
Per employee per month, based on headcount and the services you choose. One-off workshops are priced per session. Request a proposal and we reply within one business day with a clear quote. Pilots can start with a single department.
How quickly can we start?
Most companies go live within two weeks: a short scoping call, a proposal, then an awareness session and simple private booking for your people.
Can staff outside Dhaka use it?
Yes. Sessions are online across all of Bangladesh, and abroad for remote staff, with in-person options in Dhaka, every day 9 AM to 9 PM.
What languages are sessions in?
Bangla and English. Each employee chooses whichever they are comfortable with.
Do you offer one-off workshops as well as ongoing support?
Yes. Many clients run workshops and an ongoing EAP together. We will recommend the mix that fits your team when you request a proposal.
Who delivers the sessions?
Licensed psychologists from the Chum network, not motivational speakers. Many hold an MS or M.Phil in clinical or counselling psychology and work with clients every week.
How do we measure whether it is working?
You receive anonymised quarterly reports: uptake, the themes people come with, and workshop feedback, plus our recommendations for the next quarter. No individual is ever identifiable.
