Chum Wellness partners with top corporations and B2B clients to support corporate professionals, couples, and individuals — treating high-functioning anxiety, executive burnout, complex relational trauma, and more. We are expanding our pool of 40+ psychologists and looking for empathetic, rigorously trained Clinical and Counselling Psychologists to join as Partner Practitioners.
What you’ll do
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and formulate tailored treatment plans
- Provide 50–60 minute therapy sessions, in person in Dhaka or via our secure telehealth platform
- Use evidence-based frameworks — CBT, DBT, and/or EMDR — to treat clinical burnout, trauma, and anxiety
- Work with a diverse demographic: corporate professionals, startup founders, and couples navigating modern relationship stressors
- Maintain strict confidentiality and full compliance with local data-protection standards for patient data and session notes
What we’re looking for
- Master’s degree (M.S., M.A., or M.Phil) in Clinical or Counselling Psychology from a reputable institution (e.g., University of Dhaka)
- Fully licensed to practise in Bangladesh
- Minimum 2+ years of active clinical practice post-graduation
- Verifiable expertise in CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care
- Deep understanding of Bangladeshi family structures, corporate culture, and relationship dynamics
- A clinical, science-based approach to therapy — not life-coaching or motivational work

What you’ll do
- Reach out to and follow up with potential clients and partners
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships

- Keep records updated and share simple progress reports
What we’re looking for
- 1–2 years in business development, sales, partnerships, or client servicing (strong fresh graduates may apply)
- Excellent communication and people skills in Bangla and English
- Organised, proactive, and dependable
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic reporting
- Interest in wellbeing or healthcare is a plus
