An always-on, private benefit for your whole team
An Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is confidential support your company pays for, so employees and their families can talk to a certified psychologist about anything weighing on them, without anyone at work knowing.
Work stress, family pressure, money worries, grief or burnout rarely arrive as a resignation letter. They show up first as absenteeism, mistakes and quiet disengagement. An EAP gives every person a private place to deal with it early, before it costs you a good employee. Global companies have offered this for decades; in Bangladesh, the companies moving first are turning it into a hiring and retention edge.

Wellbeing tools & check-ins
A 2-minute monthly check-in, self-help resources and awareness sessions, so people can act before they need a session.
Private by design, from the first step
The whole point of an EAP is that a person can reach out without anyone at work knowing. This is exactly how it works.
One EAP, two views: private for employees, insightful for HR
Employees get a private app to check in, find a psychologist and book. HR gets a dashboard of anonymised trends to act on. No names ever cross from one side to the other.
A private wellbeing app
- Sessions covered by your company, with the allowance shown clearly
- Find and book a psychologist by need, language and time, including evenings
- A 2-minute monthly check-in so people notice changes early
- Workshops and growth sessions people register for themselves

An anonymised HR dashboard
- Wellbeing and burnout trends by quarter, measured with WHO-5
- Team hotspots for workload, sleep and manager support
- Groups under 10 people are hidden, and no names, answers or session notes are ever shown
- Recommended actions from our psychologists every quarter

What stays private, stays private
Confidentiality is not a setting we offer; it is the foundation the whole benefit stands on. Without it, no one uses an EAP.
- HR never learns who reached out. Employees book directly with us.
- We never confirm to anyone at work that a person is a client.
- Reports are aggregated, only for groups of 10 or more.
- Notes stay with the psychologist, never the employer. See our data protection policy.
How an EAP compares
An EAP does not replace health insurance or a good workshop. It fills the gap between them.

EAP questions HR teams ask
What is an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)?
An Employee Assistance Programme is a confidential support benefit that an employer pays for. Employees, and usually their household, can talk privately to a certified psychologist about work stress, family, money or any personal difficulty. The employer only ever sees anonymised, combined information.
Will HR or managers know who used the EAP?
No. Employees book directly and privately through the app, phone or WhatsApp. The company receives only anonymised trends for groups of 10 or more people. Never a name, never a session note.
What does an EAP cost in Bangladesh, and who pays?
The company pays; employees never do. Pricing is per employee per month and depends on headcount and how many sessions each person can use. Request a proposal and we send a clear quote within one business day.
Is an EAP more than counselling sessions?
Yes. Alongside confidential one-to-one support, it covers family and relationships, money and life worries, manager consultation, critical-incident support and wellbeing tools, for the employee and their household.
How is an EAP different from health insurance or a workshop?
Health insurance pays for treatment after someone is unwell. A workshop is a one-off group session. An EAP is always-on, private and preventive: anyone can get help early, before stress turns into sick leave or a resignation.
Can employees outside Dhaka use it?
Yes. Support is online across all of Bangladesh, and abroad for remote staff, with in-person sessions in Dhaka. Evening slots are available.
What languages are sessions in?
Bangla and English. Each employee chooses whichever they are more comfortable with.
What does HR receive?
A live anonymised dashboard and a quarterly report: participation, wellbeing and burnout trends, the themes people come with, and recommended actions from our psychologists.
How quickly can we launch an EAP?
Most companies go live within two weeks: a short scoping call, a proposal, then a launch session and the employee app. Many start with a pilot team.
Can we see it before we commit?
Yes. We walk your HR team through the employee app and the HR dashboard so you see exactly what your people and your leaders would see.
