What works for workplace mental health in Bangladesh
- Practical, not motivational. Every session teaches tools people use the same day: mindfulness, emotional regulation and healthy boundaries.
- Shaped around the real work. Shift patterns, deadlines, field work or client pressure decide the format, not a template.
- Led by licensed psychologists, in Bangla or English, onsite in Dhaka or online across Bangladesh.
- Confidential by design. Employers see participation and themes, never who said what.
Questions about our corporate programmes
What does a corporate mental health programme look like in practice?
It depends on the company. Some clients start with a single workshop or a Mental Health Day session; others run an ongoing Employee Assistance Programme with private one-to-one sessions, manager training and anonymised reporting. Each case study above shows what one organisation chose and why.
Which industries has Chum Wellness worked with?
Technology and software, ride-sharing and logistics, healthcare technology, consulting, manufacturing and consumer brands, the NGO and development sector, ed-tech and the gig economy, as well as students and community groups.
Are the employees in these programmes identifiable?
No. Group sessions are about skills and awareness, and any one-to-one support is booked privately. Employers only ever receive anonymised, aggregated information.
How can my company run a similar programme?
Request a proposal and tell us your team size, locations and what you need. We reply right away, and most companies go live within two weeks, often starting with a pilot team.
