Frankly,this was my first time talking to a mental health professional, so I was very nervous. However Chum Wellness made the whole experience much less intimidating. Ms. Swampa truly listened to me and helped me negative my severe anxiety. While a single session obviously doesn't resolve everting, I genuinely felt heard and understood. It might help if they offered a brief overview before the first session to helpneew clients feel more at ease, but overall, it is a frenetic options for therapy support in Dhaka.

I was really worried about my son's ADHD and wasn't sure where to turn after a doctor diagnosed him. We booked a session with Chum Wellness, and they connected us with Mr. Mostak Imran. He was incredibly patient. Although my son was shy at first, Mr. Imran handled him with great care. It would be helpful if they provided a bit more guidance for parents after the session, but I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a child psychologist in Dhaka. 5 stars!

Honestly, I was unsure about the cost of psychologist consultations in Dhaka before booking. In my experience, Chum Wellness is the only therapy center that is completely transparent about pricing. They helped me book a session with Ms. Swampa, and afterward, I felt it was totally worth it. It was a very professional experience, and the counselor gave me ample time without rushing me at all. Her session fee might be a bit expensive for some, but the quality of care is excellent. They could just work on providing clearer follow-up information.

patient. At first my son was shy but he handled it carefully. I think they can give some more guide to

Got a session because studies and relationship issue was getting too much for me to handle. The
counselor here listened and didn't make me feel dramatic or weak. The advice was actually practical
for student life. They took only half amount of fee as i am Student, Session was taken by Teresa
Madam, I think this is the best place for student mental health support Bangladesh, it was a very
useful session.

Went to Chum Wellness last week because of some family stress about a few internal matter. My
counselor really helped me see things from a different side and think about healthy boundaries. The
session was very private, i took it online, it was ontime which I really appreciated. Only thing is I wish
they have in person arrangement in Tongi. But overall if you need family counseling in Dhaka, it's a
helpful place.

My mother started sessions with Chum Wellness because of her depression after my father passed away It was affecting other family members daily life as well. What helped her most was that the psychologist explained things in a simple way and gave her space to talk. It was not an instant fix, but I felt more understood after the session, I have never seen my mom happy like this last 2 years. Would be really good if you have more psychologist who can provide home counselling service, cause visiting the counseling centers with her is hectic. I would recommend them for anxiety support in Dhaka.

Since I live in Cumilla, For me online counseling was more realistic for me than travelling to Dhaka. Chum Wellness made the process simple. Ataur Rahman Robin listened carefully and helped me think through and fight back my depression in a clearer way, thank you Robin Bhai. If they can have automatic session booking and followup system then maybe I was not going to miss one session, but overall the experience felt professional and supportive.

I reached out to Chum Wellness for insomnia and depression issue and the experience was helpful in a very practical way. I liked that the counselor did not make big promises or give quick advice. They helped me understand what I was feeling and what I could do next. Maybe if they give some direct advice would make the experience even better. I would recommend Chum Wellness to someone looking for counseling support in Bangladesh and without having instant result rather a support..

I was looking for a psychologist in Dhaka and came across Chum Wellness. The booking process was manual, I was expecting a automated process, they takes time for that, and the session with Samsun Nahar felt good, professional and personalized, I gave her 8.5 out of 10. I usually do not give review and stuff, they asked me, then I was thinking maybe I can do it, so others will know. I contacted
Chum Wellness last march because I was dealing with my breakup At first I felt a little unsure about talking to someone,
but psychologist Ms Shormee gave me time to explain things without rushing. The session felt calm and respectful,
though I wanted in person, but it was online, because she has no in person option. One thing that could be improved is the
timing, cause I had to do it at early morning or after 10 PM. Overall, it was a good first step for me to get a quality mental
health support in Dhaka. Thanks

I recently attended a couples therapy session online. During the session, my husband made several abusive comments towards me, including calling me a "mental patient" and a "traitor." Unfortunately, the therapist did not intervene, allowing the abusive comments to continue for the entire hour. This made me feel extremely hurt and unsupported.

The experience was so distressing that I had to schedule an additional separate session right after the couple therapy session to cope with the emotional impact. While I understand the need to pay for services, I am unhappy that I was made to feel unsafe during the couples session, necessitating the extra session.

I hope the clinic will take steps to ensure that all clients feel safe and supported during their sessions.

I live abroad, in Germany. A few months ago, I was looking for a good psychotherapist in Dhaka. Due to my previous bad experiences with others, it was very hard to find the right service provider in Bangladesh. A few months ago, I was in a severe issue with my wife as we are newly married, and for a few valid family issues, our relationship got worse.

I was searching for a good psychologist in Bangladesh because communication with a German psychologist might be hard for us in Germany, and we both wanted some peace. We searched on Google and found Chum Wellness. It was a great experience when we called them. I was literally amazed at how they talked and gave time to their clients. They booked a session with Saima Akhter Jui for a couple's session. She is cool and brilliant. It was a great experience with her, and we continued with 14 sessions. After completing the sessions, we are now in a very good state in our relationship. I liked how Jui Apu heard our issues and helped us get rid of them.

I also referred them to my family, friends, and other acquaintances. Everybody received great service from them. I am very pleased with their behavior and service. Best wishes.

I took Counselling from Saima Apu for some personal issues, She has been really supportive in me, taking what i say into account and morphing the way she tackles issues depending on how i respond. She is open to criticism and discussion about what her patients think are best as well as her advice and makes it feel like a much safer environment for conversation and to be open in. Mindo Health is doing amazing job by connecting Mental Health professionals with a person like me who really needs help.

Anxiety is one of the most common problems in today’s life. As a single mother, I have no way to surrender. I must fight for my daughter. But mentally I was not so strong like right now. I was devastated. I wanted to live a peaceful life, but I could not find a smooth way.
