ReportsPublished reports
Report 1 · October 2026 · Data: July to September 2026
What people wrote when they asked a psychologist for help: the most common concerns, how they differ for men and women, students, couples and age groups, and how they changed over three months.
PrinciplesHow we handle the data
No individualsNo names, contact details, messages, quotes or stories from any person are ever published.
Percentages onlyFindings are shared as whole percentages of large groups. Where too few people describe something, the figure is withheld.
Our own data, clearly labelledEach report is built on Chum Wellness first-party data. National statistics used for context are named and labelled as such.
Honest limitsEvery report states who the data does and does not represent. These are reasons people gave for asking for help, not diagnoses or national prevalence rates.
Publishing anonymised, aggregated statistics is described in our privacy policy.
UseUsing our research
You are welcome to quote, chart and republish the findings with a citation and a link to the report. Each report includes a suggested citation. For questions about the data, or for an interview with a psychologist in Bangla or English, email info@chumwellness.com.
Future reports will add new periods, so changes in help-seeking can be tracked over time.
