Before you book a session
Chum Wellness helps clients in Bangladesh choose confidential mental health support online or in person. Before booking, consider whether you need individual counselling, couple counselling, child and teen support, family counselling, or guidance choosing the right therapist.
If you are unsure where to start, share your main concern, preferred language, schedule, and session format. The team can help match you with an available therapist and explain the next steps before your first appointment.
Choosing the right appointment
Before confirming a session, think about the concern you want to discuss, whether you prefer a male or female therapist, and whether Bangla or English feels more comfortable. You can also mention if the appointment is for yourself, a child, a couple, a family member, or a workplace referral.
After booking, keep your phone or email available for confirmation details. If you need to reschedule, contact the Chum Wellness team as early as possible so another suitable time can be arranged.
